Job Description:

  • To ensure reliable network operations by maintaining service performance, provisioning new services, rectifying faults promptly, achieving migration targets, planning network expansions, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strict health, safety, and environmental compliance in the assigned area.
  • To optimize customer experience and achieve set KPIs while ensuring 100% clearance of quality assurance and HSE audits within a specified timeframe.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Expertise in GPON/ADSL technologies, power plant operations, switching networks, and service KPI analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
