About This Role:
The role of Revenue Accounting Manager requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial principles. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of accrual analysts, ensuring the timely completion of revenue accruals, and maintaining the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of accrual analysts to ensure the successful completion of revenue accruals.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve the accuracy of financial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in revenue accounting, with at least 2 years of team leadership experience. You should possess a college-level accounting degree and be proficient in SAP/Oracle and data management tools like Alteryx and Tableau. Strong Excel skills are essential, including pivots and formulas. Experience with databases and knowledge of all Microsoft Office products are also required.
