Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Finance.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  2. Process day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    1. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, contributing to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
    2. Generate and analyze financial reports for management review, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Analysis and Recommendations:
    1. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
  5. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for financial-related matters.
Job Specification

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
