Key Responsibilities
- EHS Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the EHS team, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- EHS Management System: Implement and maintain the Ingredion EHSS Management System, ensuring all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and gemba walkarounds to identify potential hazards and non-compliance with SOPs and PTW systems.
- EHS Reporting: Ensure all incidents are reported as per EHS-MS guidelines, providing accurate and timely information to management and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Certifications: Hold relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: Have at least 5-7 years of experience in an EHS role, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
