As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the success of our customers, managing their experience from onboarding to subscription. Your tasks include:

  • Customer onboarding process
  • BUILDING strong relationships with customers
  • Enhancing customer loyalty and product adoption

You will work closely with customers, utilizing excellent project management skills to help them achieve their objectives. The ideal traits for this role include:

  • Professionalism when liaising with high-level clients, with experience in enterprise settings preferred
  • Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities
  • A consultative mindset to assess clients and develop success strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ownership: proactive and committed to client success
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones, including weekends/public holidays as needed
  • Ability to multitask and adapt priorities quickly
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support, project management, or client relations
  • Tech-savviness, especially with Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree in CS or Software Engineering preferred
