Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal systems, responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and converting prospects into successful sales. This role is best suited for individuals who are customer-focused, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

  • IT and / or technology product sales experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
  • Follow up on generated leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored IT/software solutions.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about services to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and timely reports of all sales activities and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in using sales and customer management systems.
  • Target-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the corporate sector, especially within the Lahore region.
  • Familiarity with local industries and a sound understanding of IT/software solutions.
