Job Overview

This Tele Sales Executive position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Insta World Private Limited. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information about products or services.
  • Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Identifying and qualifying leads, and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating the customer database.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills: You should be able to articulate your thoughts clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Strong sales acumen: Understanding sales techniques and being able to effectively close deals is crucial.
  • Active listening: Paying attention to customer needs and concerns, and addressing them appropriately.
  • Persistence and resilience: Rejection is common in sales, so having the ability to bounce back and keep trying is important.
  • Time management: Being able to prioritize and manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets.
  • Product knowledge: Having a good understanding of the products or services you are selling.
  • Customer service skills: Providing exceptional service to customers and building positive relationships.
  • Confidence and positivity: Displaying confidence in your abilities and maintaining a positive attitude, even during challenging situations.
  • Problem-solving skills: Being able to think on your feet and find solutions to customer issues or objections.
  • Computer literacy: Familiarity with basic computer skills, Ms Excel.
