Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator / Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
  • Expertise in Datacenter management, Servers, RAID management, databases (SQL Server), networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux administration, patch management, OS upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensuring maximum system availability.
  • Familiarity with Dell, H3C servers, and storage solutions, with hands-on experience.
  • Practical experience in virtualization technologies (VMware, H3C HCI, Sangfor, OpenStack, Proxmox) in production environments for at least 1 year.
  • Mid-level experience with Active Directory, DNS, NTP.
  • Knowledge of various operating systems and platforms.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VCP-DCV) are highly valued.

  • Manage servers, storage, and technology tools efficiently.
  • Install and configure software and hardware components effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to organizational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages promptly.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and hardware models.
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
  • Ensure security and compliance of IT infrastructure.
  • Document and report on system configurations and maintenance activities.
  • Possess operating systems knowledge (Windows, Linux).
  • Manage virtualization infrastructure effectively.
  • Obtain relevant certifications and training in system administration.
  • Plan and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
