  2. Project Management: Manage multiple wireless network projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.">
  3. Network Optimization: Analyze network data to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement optimization strategies, and monitor results.">
  4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.">
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Candidate Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and the ability to use English as the working language.">
  • Professional Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in radio network planning, parameter design, KPI monitoring, scripting, drive test log file analysis, SSV/cluster optimization, OSS KPI analysis, and optimization.">
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.">
