Alternate Pathways Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Alternate Pathways program, which aims to provide TCF alumni with innovative career opportunities beyond traditional education.

This role involves developing, implementing, and managing vocational training programs, short courses, online certifications, diplomas, and specialized programs that equip alumni with the skills required for career advancement.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in partnership development, program design, project management, and personalized guidance and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create alternative pathways to employment for TCF alumni who do not pursue traditional university education.
  • Focus on enabling alumni expertise in digital skills, IT-enabled pathways, and emerging technologies such as web 3.0, ensuring their preparedness for the future job market.
  • Collaborate with mission-aligned organizations and institutes to leverage existing resources that align with the needs and aspirations of TCF alumni.
  • Develop new programs tailored to the specific requirements of TCF alumni, focusing on areas such as certificate courses, technical and vocational training, freelancing, and tech certifications.
  • Oversee guidance and counseling programs for alumni, providing personalized support and guidance in choosing and pursuing alternate pathways based on their interests, aptitudes, and goals.
  • Conduct outreach activities and advocate for alternate pathways, highlighting the benefits and opportunities they offer to TCF alumni.
  • Strategize and execute initiatives to grow the alternate pathways programs, aiming to achieve a target of 5,000+ program graduates within the next 3-5 years.
