Senior Human Capital Strategist

This senior leadership role involves designing and executing comprehensive HR strategies to drive organizational growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing organization-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Designing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Supervising payroll and benefits administration, including management of EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful, and Fuel Cards.
  • Managing HR operations across multiple sites through dedicated HR resources.
  • Maintaining and updating employee master data in SAP HCM.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing organization-wide HR systems, including SAP HCM, Fiori/Employee Portal, and performance management systems.
  • Preparing and monitoring the organization's HR budget.
  • Managing workload distribution across units.
  • Addressing employee queries related to compensation and labor regulations.
  • Standardizing KPIs and evaluating HR metrics to monitor performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong analytical abilities. A Master/MBA degree in HRM from a reputable institution is required, along with significant experience in HCM operations, data analytics, and labor laws. Knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes is also essential.
