Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to fill this position, who is skilled in designing and developing low-code business applications and customer-facing portals using Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, analysts, and fellow developers to create intuitive, scalable, and secure solutions that support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate
  • Build, customize, and extend Power Pages portals, with responsive and secure UI/UX
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other external data sources/APIs
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional applications
  • Implement best practices for security, accessibility, performance, and reusability
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed
  • Stay current with Microsoft's Power Platform roadmap, recommending enhancements as appropriate
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development
  • Deep expertise in Power Pages, including web roles, authentication models, and Liquid templating
  • Proficiency in Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
  • Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
  • Experience working with APIs and data integration patterns
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to solve problems independently
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365, especially CRM modules
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps)
