Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the consultative discovery of clients' business goals, objectives, and challenges. This role involves translating these insights into effective technology solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support sales teams in presales activities, including gathering customer requirements and developing solution designs.
  • Collaborate on creating Bills of Materials (BoM), quote generation, and solution validation for security technologies.
  • Develop a working knowledge of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging security technologies, and vendor offerings.
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs and contribute to appropriate security solution designs.
  • Assist in reviewing configurations, designs, and quotes before delivery to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Support the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the security solution portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • At least one vendor competency certification in cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a sales and/or IT security implementation/support role.
