Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Regbits, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your expertise in sales and marketing will enable you to develop targeted strategies and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions and optimizing sales efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire for success, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package: A comprehensive remuneration package, including a basic salary of Rs25,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month, plus uncapped commission.
