Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans to achieve targets, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share in existing markets.
  • Set and Achieve Targets: Set and achieve revenue, profitability, and sales growth targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell: Collaborate with existing customers to understand their needs and showcase how our products and services can address those needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Management: Proven sales management experience, with excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and sales skills, with experience working with international customers.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
