We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business leads and developing tailored marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Your primary responsibility will be to identify client goals, budget, and vision for their business and develop effective marketing strategies to drive growth.

You will be required to document all call information according to standard operating procedures, follow up on customer calls, generate qualified opportunities through networking events, outbound calling, seminars/webinars, and other sales-oriented activities.

In addition, you will be responsible for advising clients on ongoing marketing campaigns managed by us, providing business consultation to help them streamline their marketing processes, performing market research, and providing feedback on future buying trends.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital and online marketing services such as website development, SEO, PPC, social media, and other online marketing tactics
  • Excellent proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and general work-related software
  • Research, prospecting, and sales planning skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work with teams are essential
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Following instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
