Digital Marketing Team Lead Job

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing team lead to oversee our online presence. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing an SEO strategy to enhance organic search optimization and maximize ROI.
  2. Conducting thorough keyword research and identifying key SEO KPIs.
  3. Developing and optimizing search marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  4. Optimizing existing PPC campaigns and managing budgets and bids for CPC keywords in paid campaigns.
  5. Monitoring redirects, click rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs.
  6. Planning and executing SEM campaigns to grow profitable traffic.
  7. Developing and refining campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ad copy.
  8. Staying updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and BrightEdge.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with CMS-driven websites, particularly WordPress.
