Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified professionals to fill the positions of Research Associate and Research Assistant in our Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting systematic literature reviews, assisting in conducting focus groups, transcribing discussions, and analyzing data.

  • Research Associate:
  • Conducting systematic literature review: You will be responsible for conducting a thorough review of existing literature on the topic of case study methods as a pedagogy in business schools. This will involve identifying relevant sources, analyzing the findings, and presenting the results.
  • Assisting in conducting focus groups: You will assist in organizing and facilitating focus groups with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on the research project.
  • Transcribing focus groups discussions: You will be responsible for transcribing the discussions from the focus groups to ensure that the findings are accurately captured.
  • Analysis and write-up of summary booklets: You will analyze the data collected from the focus groups and present the findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Working with SPSS and other statistical software: You will work with statistical software to analyze the data and present the findings.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Research Associate:
  • M.S/M.Phil. or PhD/post-doctoral scholar in Business Administration: You should have a strong academic background in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on research methodology.
  • Experience working with SPSS and other statistical software: You should have experience working with statistical software to analyze data and present findings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
