Job Summary

This role serves as a hands-on practitioner in our primary global HRIS system, Workday. As the People Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining data quality and reinforcing data governance.

The successful candidate will have day-to-day management of the Workday HCM platform, assist with project management initiatives, optimization of the platform, direct continuous improvement of our processes, and improve adoption rates.

You will also develop and deliver Workday reports and training as needed, perform Workday audits to ensure accuracy and timely Manager Self Service approvals, and respond to basic questions about Workday processes and conduct tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting.

In addition, you will provide general tasks in Workday, including load data, reports, Workday Security, business processes, and add/update job codes.

Meetings with internal stakeholders will require detailing out project requirements for reports or other enhancements in Workday.

Document solutions, create process workflows in PowerPoint or Lucid charts, and receive knowledge transfer from the Workday consultant are also key responsibilities.

Engagement with the Workday community will help learn about new technical functionality and provide guidance to key stakeholders on system capability.


Key Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or great HR Ops experience
  • Technical Workday experience: 2+ years
  • Experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role: 2+ years
  • 'Roll up your sleeves' attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment while providing great customer service
  • Initiative and identification of process improvements
  • Exceptional commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Superior written, verbal communication, and high attention to detail
