Job Title:

Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

">Job Description:

The successful candidate will work with clients to implement business-critical systems, shape ERP transformation projects from analysis to deployment, and contribute to a dynamic company that scaled from 2 to 40 employees in three years.

This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements across departments, configuring and deploying Odoo standard modules, and conducting user training and providing functional support.

  • Gather and document business requirements across departments
  • Configure and deploy Odoo standard modules: Accounting, POS, Custom Fields, Models, Reports, Business Workflows
  • Conduct user training and provide functional support
  • Create detailed user manuals and workflow documentation

The consultant will also develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML, build custom fields, models, reports, and business workflows, integrate third-party APIs like payment gateways and external platforms, and handle deployments using Git and Odoo.sh or other hosting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years experience with Odoo as both a Functional Consultant and Developer
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
  • Experience with Odoo v14 or newer (Enterprise preferred)
  • Comfortable working with Git and Linux server environments
