In this pivotal role, you will assume the responsibility of overseeing financial operations and ensuring that all fiscal activities are aligned with strategic objectives. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting will be instrumental in driving informed decision-making throughout the organization.

About the Position:
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Fiscal Oversight: You will own the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive budgets and forecasts for key functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, and Headcount.
    • Financial Reporting: Create and maintain a range of reports to facilitate data-driven insights and analysis, ensuring seamless communication between departments and stakeholders.
    • Process Setup: Design and implement efficient processes for generating reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Budget Preparation: Develop detailed annual budget proposals, incorporating requirements from various administrative units and external offices, while adhering to established regulations and policies.
    • Sub-budget Management: Manage sub-budgets for administrative units at the headquarters, oversee their approval, distribution, and monitoring.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with executive departments to estimate and approve budgets for seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely disbursements and effective resource allocation.
    • Disbursement Operations: Oversee disbursement operations, validate transactions against approved budget items, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
    • Transfer Execution: Execute transfers between budget items and budget additions as per prescribed instructions and specialty appropriations.
    • Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor actual expenses and revenues compared to estimated budgets, providing actionable insights to relevant authorities.
    • Request Handling: Liaise with field office management to receive, audit, and submit requests for transfers and additional budgets for approval.
    • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to policies, manuals, procedures, and systems for all administrative transactions under supervision.
    • Task Assignments: Undertake tasks assigned by senior management within the specialized field.


Qualifications and Criteria:
  • Education: B-COM/BBA + MBA Finance/ACCA/CPA/ICMA/CA Finalist
  • Experience: Minimum of 05-07 years of relevant experience in the field.
