This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance systems implementation and support, specifically in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the system's configuration, rollout, testing, and support.

The successful applicant will lead full lifecycle implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely, in-scope, and quality delivery. They will also serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and consultants to facilitate collaboration and effective communication.

The **Key Responsibilities** of this role include:

  • Serving as an SME for Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management), overseeing configuration, rollout, testing, and support.
  • Leading full lifecycle implementation projects, from initiation to closure.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely, in-scope, and quality delivery.
  • Managing Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, coordinating testing and deployment.
  • Driving implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance for new entities, gathering requirements, designing architecture, and overseeing configuration and UAT.
  • Identifying gaps in current functionalities and recommending enhancements or custom solutions.
  • Providing training, support, and documentation for end-users; ensuring post-go-live support.
  • Collaborating with finance stakeholders to promote adoption and meet business objectives.
  • Leading project governance meetings and stakeholder engagements.
  • Overseeing development and deployment of financial reports and dashboards.
  • Validating system design, configurations, and managing data import/load processes.
