Regional Sales Executive

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas/regions. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to conduct client visits, provide demonstrations, and secure impactful deals.

You will achieve revenue growth targets as per regional business plan and develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. Additionally, you will re-engage lost clients to reduce churn and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, a Bachelor's degree in Business, and minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales. You must also have a laptop, mobile device, and internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Manage real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas/regions
  • Client Acquisition: Conduct client visits, provide demonstrations, and secure impactful deals
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue growth targets as per regional business plan
  • Cross-Selling: Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Churn Reduction: Re-engage lost clients to reduce churn and identify new business opportunities
