We are currently seeking a seasoned marketing professional to fill a pivotal role in our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess 0-3 years of experience in marketing for IT professionals.

A successful marketer will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Attraction: Utilize various sources such as social media networks and employee referrals to identify top talent.
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, create job descriptions and specifications, and analyze jobs and tasks to document requirements and objectives.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates' resumes and applications, conduct interviews using reliable tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboarding: Orient new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
