Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Karachi Division. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks: generating and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in generating and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and prepare detailed sales reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate or marketing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
