">Job Responsibilities
  1. We will arrange regular site administration committee meetings to facilitate smooth decision-making processes and ensure follow-up actions are taken promptly.
  2. To assess the feasibility of new administrative development projects, we prepare detailed reports outlining potential risks and benefits.
  3. We provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. During admission campaigns, our team ensures that administrative activities run smoothly, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  5. We monitor and follow up on administrative-related agreements to guarantee their successful implementation and timely completion.
  6. Our primary responsibility is to maintain campus cleanliness, oversee repair and maintenance activities, assign duties to administrative staff, and supervise their work closely.
  7. Campus security is another critical aspect that requires our attention, ensuring that our premises remain safe and secure at all times.
  8. We organize meetings and functions, catering to diverse needs and preferences while providing an exceptional experience for attendees.
  9. When it comes to cafeteria-related matters, we handle issues according to established policies, ensuring that student satisfaction remains high.
  10. Faculty and student transportation requirements are managed efficiently by our team, along with supervision of petty cash transactions.
  11. Maintaining accurate stock records, entries, receipts, issues, store maintenance, and daily routine sports item activities, as well as demand records, is essential to our success.
  12. We process and maintain purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GRIR, and file records, including room inventories, to streamline procurement processes.
  13. Managing and processing bills through purchase orders and GRIR helps us stay on top of our financial obligations.
  14. For projects, we record and maintain requisitions, estimates, and purchases, enabling informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
  15. Vehicle maintenance is crucial to ensure that our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
  16. We coordinate travel bookings and reservations for guests and employees, and organize seminars/events, making sure that logistics are handled seamlessly.
  17. We handle dealings with government departments in accordance with established procedures, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  18. Following up on vendor payments with the finance department ensures that our financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
  19. Ensuring the safety and security of the campus remains a top priority, and we take necessary measures to prevent any incidents or accidents.
  20. We oversee the completion of the administration audit process, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with regulations.
