Job Overview:

In this pivotal role, the Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Officer will spearhead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to directly connect our paint products with consumers. Key responsibilities include promoting products through on-site visits, driving brand awareness, and sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Promotions: Visit customer locations such as construction sites, home renovation projects, and retail partners to promote and sell our paint products. Provide on-site guidance to customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs.
  • Relationship Building & Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, painters, and retail partners to drive sales and brand loyalty. Offer personalized recommendations and support to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Support: Develop an in-depth understanding of our paint product range, including features, benefits, and applications, to assist customers effectively. Provide guidance on product usage, application techniques, and maintenance.
  • Inventory Management & Coordination: Monitor on-site inventory, manage stock levels, and work with the logistics team to ensure product availability. Coordinate product replenishment to maintain stock levels at customer locations.
  • Market Insights & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and market insights to provide valuable information for improving our product offerings and marketing strategies. Regularly report sales data, customer trends, and feedback to management.
Key Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the paint, construction, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of paint products, application techniques, and market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
