Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, scheduling, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction activities.
  • Monitor project budgets, manage resources effectively, and ensure that all expenditures are within approved limits.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient and productive work.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets required standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
