Improve the way people shop for groceries, pharmacy and retail products by joining our dynamic team as a Merchandising & Product Operations Specialist.

This role is pivotal in bringing our in-app experience to life by combining deep ownership of merchandising execution with operational excellence. You will take charge of configuring, managing, and optimizing the in-app storefront experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, compelling, and conversion-driven user journey.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the in-app storefront, including the homepage, category landing pages, carousels, and other critical real estate.
  • Taking full ownership of content configuration and execution using merchandising tools — ensuring timely, accurate, and smooth deployment.
  • Cultivating, implementing, and continuously improving merchandising strategies aligned with business goals and customer insights.

You will work closely with Category Management, Marketing, Catalog, and Design teams to coordinate effective campaigns and launches. Additionally, you will act as the key liaison across Growth, Category, and Product teams to ensure alignment on merchandising and product content updates.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • E-commerce or retail experience.
  • Basic coding knowledge to support content configuration and tool troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, share insights, and gather feedback.
