Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description:

a) Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
b) Manage laboratory operations, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
c) Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
d) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
e) Ensure that all products meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing self performance, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
  • Systems Analysis - Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
  • Systems Evaluation - Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

Qualifications:

a) Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
b) 5+ years of experience in a laboratory or quality assurance role.
c) Strong knowledge of GMP and GLP regulations.
d) Excellent communication and leadership skills.
