Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation.">
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the effectiveness of continuity measures.">
  • Establish and manage incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks.">
  • Coordinate and conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of continuity and response plans.">
  • Analyze test results and incidents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex processes and projects.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field.">
  • Certification in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP - Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable.">
  • 2+ years of proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework.">
