About the Role

This role will primarily involve using historical sales data from SAP and Salesforce to analyze and map sales trends, determining their influence on business.

The incumbent will develop and maintain demand, forecast accuracy, and highlight variations between forecast and actual sales for timely action to manage stock shortages/gaps.

Configuring the Salesforce platform to align with business needs, developing reports, and translating requirements into system configurations, design data models, and workflows for enhanced analytics and user experience.

Closely partnering with Demand Planning, Operations, and Sales teams to coordinate the timely issuance and availability of stock at required locations.

About You
  • A strong school education and university degree (equivalent to Master's) from a reputed university; background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on Business Analyst/Demand Planning/Forecasting within MNC environment.
  • Capable of independently preparing reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Strong English language and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Power BI), SAP, and Salesforce.
