**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer

**Overview:**

A web development company that combines quality and affordability with passionate talent is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. This role involves managing data interchange between servers and users, requiring a strong background in software development.

This position entails working closely with front-end developers, integrating their work into the application. A solid understanding of front-end technologies is essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Architecture Design: Develop high-quality software architectures to meet business needs.
  • Task Execution: Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
  • Code Development: Write clean, efficient code to build tools and applications.
  • Automation: Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripts.
  • Code Review: Debug, review, and maintain code quality.
  • Testing: Perform validation and verification testing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve products and projects.
  • Documentation: Document development phases and ensure systems are properly monitored.
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer.
  • Strong background in software development, scripting, and project management.
  • Expertise in using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic) and automated testing frameworks.
  • Proficient in Ruby on Rails (ROR), JavaScript (JS), and React.
  • Deep knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
  • Familiar with operating systems such as Linux, Mac OS, and Windows.
  • Willingness to adopt new technologies based on company needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

**Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), Information Technology (IT), or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a relevant field.

**Work Environment:

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Working Days: Monday to Friday
