E-commerce Solution Developer

Job Description

The E-commerce Solution Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving e-commerce products using Magento 2 technology. This role involves collaborating with the design team, developing custom modules, coding templates, troubleshooting interface issues, testing application performance, and updating security patches.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and configure various Magento 2 templates to provide a seamless user experience.
  • Communicate with supervisors to understand application requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop user-friendly themes and interfaces, including optimized checkout pages that increase user clicks and customer conversions.
  • Develop and test Magento 2 modules to enhance application functionality.
  • Review and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain data integrity.
  • Optimize application performance to ensure smooth user interactions.
  • Install and update security patches to protect against vulnerabilities.
  • Integrate third-party APIs to expand application capabilities.
  • Optimize application loading time for improved user experience.
  • Install, configure, and test plugins to enhance application features.
  • Collaborate with department teams to develop application features and meet business objectives.
  • Customize application extensions and test their functionality to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct timely audits to rectify log errors and application issues.
  • Create documentation for developed modules to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Magento 2 developer.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and modern UI/UX trends.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and keen eye for details.
  • Exceptional time management abilities and English language proficiency at Intermediate or higher level.
