Role Description:

The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing our online sales presence across various eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Woocommerce. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in product hunting, listings and optimization, Sourcing, inventory control, order processing and fulfillment, customer service, market analysis, promotional strategies, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing and Optimization

  • Create, manage, and enhance product listings on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to boost product visibility and rankings.
  • Ensure all content, including descriptions and images, is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
  • Continuously update listings based on performance data and market trends.

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or running out of inventory.
  • Coordinate restocking with suppliers and warehouse teams.
  • Use inventory tools to track and forecast based on demand and sales data.
  • Oversee shipment tracking to and from fulfillment centers.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Manage the entire order process from purchase to delivery.
  • Work with fulfillment centers and shipping carriers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, cancellations, and delivery problems.
  • Maintain records of all transactions, including orders, shipments, and returns.

4. Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, complaints, and return requests efficiently.
  • Support customers both before and after purchases.
  • Monitor reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

5. Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Compile reports on market insights and performance.

6. Marketing and Promotions

  • Plan and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage PPC and other advertising campaigns on Amazon and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize performance.

7. Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure all activities comply with marketplace policies and regulations.
  • Stay up to date with policy changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Handle intellectual property issues and platform disputes.
  • Implement preventive measures to avoid account suspensions and violations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimization tools.
  • Proficiency in inventory control and order management.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce compliance and policy standards.
