Electrical Engineer Assistant

The Electrical Engineer Assistant role involves supporting senior engineers in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Repairing and troubleshooting electrical equipment such as UPS, Rectifier, AVR, etc.
  • Collaborating with engineers to conduct site surveys and gather data.
  • Providing technical assistance for designing solutions and implementing electrical systems.
  • Installing and commissioning various electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Supporting sales teams in technical discussions and presentations with customers.
  • Offering on-site and on-call customer support, addressing technical queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Working closely with senior team members to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an optimal level of spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Optimizing resource utilization and streamlining processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Documenting activities and maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Fostering positive working relationships with team members and other departments.
  • Complying with Quality & HSE Standards and completing special tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Job Requirements

Candidates should have hands-on experience with high-rating three-phase UPS systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance. They should be able to handle technical issues independently and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

A strong understanding of board-level electronics troubleshooting, diagnostics, and soldering is required. Additionally, knowledge of Power Systems/UPS repair is essential.

Candidates should be team players with leadership potential, possessing excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
