About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Professional to join our team at WT Microelectronics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive talent development programs that support the growth and success of our employees.
In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives that address these needs. Your expertise in instructional design and facilitation will enable you to create engaging and effective training programs that equip our staff with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in our learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Review & Assessment: Oversee talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning to ensure the organization has a robust and high-performing workforce.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Partner with department heads and leadership to conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives based on company goals and employee development plans.
- Training Program Evaluation: Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee feedback, learning retention, and performance improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Talent development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies to enhance learning offerings.
