Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, then design and implement technical solutions.">
  • Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce.">
  • Implement Omni-Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce environment.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications.">
  • Ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols.">
  • Perform system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks.">
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.">
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.">

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce development.">
  • Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) Certification is preferred but not mandatory.">
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an added advantage.">
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI design is beneficial.">
