Financial Statements Coordinator Role

This role involves coordinating the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports using various accounting software. The successful candidate will analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, and communicate with clients as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the scope of work for each task within specified time frames.
  2. Analyze data to accomplish assigned tasks and ensure all necessary data is complete.
  3. Execute and process data for the preparation of financial statements, modules, and software setups.
  4. Work with clients to resolve queries related to job charges.
  5. Collaborate with team members to expedite delivery times.

Requirements:

  • CA finalist or article student, CAF qualified.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience as an accountant or bookkeeper.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, XERO, Wave Apps is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
