Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Analyst to lead market research, business expansion strategies, and client acquisition efforts in the US and Australian Engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on the US & Australian Engineering markets, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze market size, growth potential, and key opportunities for business expansion.
  • Identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the engineering sector.
  • Prepare detailed market intelligence reports, SWOT analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

The role requires strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation, as well as excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or marketing strategy (preferably in Engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of US & Australian engineering markets (construction & infrastructure etc.).
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
