Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy professional who is proficient in designing visually compelling email graphics to plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns. This role requires end-to-end email execution, from strategy and copy to design and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build, and send email marketing campaigns and automations using GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Create standard graphics and layouts for email promotions & newsletters.
  • Design emails that are both mobile-responsive and visually engaging.
  • Develop automation workflows (lead nurture, win-back, onboarding, etc.) in GHL.
  • Segment lists for targeted email campaigns.
  • Write effective, conversion-focused copy when needed.
  • Analyze email performance (open/click/conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team to support ongoing promotions and brand messaging for clients.
  • Stay up to date on email marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.
