As a key member of the President's team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring effective governance. Your expertise in strategy development, monitoring frameworks, and performance reporting will be instrumental in tracking progress against institutional priorities and preparing high-level reports for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee strategic initiatives, working closely with senior colleagues to ensure alignment with institutional goals and strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to provide real-time insights into institutional performance is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support the development of strategic initiatives and business plans requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You will work effectively with various departments across the institution to gather relevant data and insights required for Board and leadership discussions.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of strategic priorities to the President and senior leadership is essential in this position.

Office Operations and Administration

  • You will provide oversight and coordination for administrative functions, ensuring smooth execution of office operations, including workflow management, documentation, and communication.
  • Managing key institutional processes such as scheduling and coordination of high-level meetings requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You will support budget planning and resource allocation for the President's Office, ensuring effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in business administration, Public Policy, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of strategy development, monitoring frameworks, and performance reporting is essential.
  • Experience in developing board reports, executive presentations, and high-level communication materials is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly, are essential.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard reporting is highly valued.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills are required.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, faculty, and external stakeholders is crucial.
