Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, account handling, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex business problems to develop and maintain project plans.
  • Address client queries effectively, ensuring timely responses.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, business owners, implementation teams, and development teams.
  • Collaborate with the support team and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Account Handler, or in Technical Support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of technical fundamentals of web-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases is a significant plus.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of HL7 standards.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
