Job Title: Vice President of Research Operations

You will lead a team of research professionals, overseeing project execution, proposal management, and client engagement. The role involves shaping the future of public affairs in Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and mentor a team of senior researchers.
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop winning proposals that meet client needs and showcase expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and insights.
  • Contribute through leadership and business development activities.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (social science, public policy, economics, statistics, market research).
  • At least 5 years of experience in market research or public affairs, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Deep understanding of Pakistan's political and social landscape.
