Supervise the daily affairs of admission offices.

  1. Coordinate and supervise coordination with the faculties and other departments to obtain and disseminate information.
  2. Maintain appropriate inventory of prospectuses, forms, stationary, equipment and pertinent promotional material for the prospects/admission office(s).
  3. Report and timely resolve any technological, administrative, logistic, or coordination issues related to admission offices.
  4. Assist in designing and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan and SOPs for systematic and smooth functioning of admission offices and enhancement of new student enrollment.
  5. Participate in, attend, manage events, conferences, expo (as and when required/asked), gather info/data, attract/greet/serve/satisfy the prospects, provide information, network and maintain and build a fruitful professional relationship.
  6. Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual departmental meetings, prepare and present reports, share feedback, suggest improvements.
  7. Undergo training and self-development, display commitment and teamwork, skill enhancement and value creation, create and flourish a positive atmosphere within the department.
  8. Any other task assigned by the marketing manager.
  9. Assist in designing and implementation of a comprehensive strategic marketing plan and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility, image building and business development by gathering data and relevant information.
  10. Plan, execute, supervise, and analyze market research, satisfaction surveys, competitor analysis, assess viability of potential new programs/events, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and present findings and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  11. Work with the marketing team to develop new ideas for reaching markets using the latest techniques.
  12. Create and implement marketing communications strategies for both internal and external customers.
  13. Assist in evaluation and appointment of vendors, liaison with designers, vendors and agencies to produce marketing materials, advertisements etc. within brand guidelines.
  14. Copy writing, managing the design, preparation, distribution and record of marketing promotional materials reflecting key messages, features and benefits.
  15. Supervise direct marketing activities, telephone calls to prospects, SMS, and email blasts etc.
  16. Liaise with industry, secure sponsorship for various events/activities, to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects.
  17. Assist HOD in preparation, utilization and tracking of all marketing expenses and keep HOD informed of budget variances.
  18. Plan, organize, execute and manage university events (including costing and preparation of promotional material) and liaise with Events Coordinator to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts, etc.
  19. Form student groups within the university and engage with them in activities to utilize in the marketing campaigns.
  20. Coordinate with student services department to obtain, maintain and update useful data of alumni and faculties and use as a marketing tool to enhance new student enrollment.
  21. Identify suitable media, prepare adverts, work out costs and release the adverts in print, electronic, digital and outdoor media.
  22. Plan and execute effective PR campaigns, establish, maintain and enhance media and public relations.
  23. Understand and assist in developing business development strategies for the organization, set and achieve targets and show the desired growth.
  24. Communicate with the rest of the marketing team members, faculties and departments within and outside the organization.
  25. Preparing and delivering presentations to or on behalf of the marketing department as and when required.
  26. Compile and report results of each campaign and event to the marketing manager.
  27. Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual departmental meetings, prepare and present reports, share feedback and suggest improvements.
  28. Undergo training and self-development, display commitment and teamwork, skill enhancement and value creation, create and flourish a positive atmosphere within the department.
  29. Any other task as and when assigned by the Marketing Manager within the scope of this job.
