Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security & Admin Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and administration, with experience in supervising staff and managing security operations. They will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring security protocols, as well as providing administrative support to the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supervise and manage security staff, including patrolling squad and fire-fighting team">
  • Implement and monitor security protocols, including CCTV cameras and access control systems">
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling and record-keeping">
  • Lead and supervise admin staff, janitorial/sanitation/horticulture/guarding staff, and monitor drills">
  • Ensure timely delivery of security reports and resolve issues/queries etc.">
  • Cordinate regarding IMS audits and documentations (Security Department)">
  • Perform any special duty assigned by the higher Management">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security and administration">
  • Strong background in security and administration, with experience in supervising staff and managing security operations">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Knowledge of implementation and monitoring of Integrated Management System">
