UI/UX Design Role

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled UI/UX Designer to create innovative web products from concept to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user-centered experiences for web products, leading end-to-end design processes.
  • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design specs that meet modern frontend frameworks standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and technical alignment.
  • Understand platform limitations and design within the constraints of Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly on designs to achieve best results.
  • Maintain design consistency across products using design systems and component libraries.
  • Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all device types.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with strong proficiency in Figma or prototyping using AI tools like Cursor/v0.
  • Proven track record designing within Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and developer workflows.
  • Experience collaborating directly with developers and product managers in agile environments.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and real-world implementation.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience designing for SaaS or fintech products.
  • Familiarity with component-based design systems (e.g., Storybook, Figma libraries).
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.
