We are looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee our company's human resources functions. As a Manager - Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong and efficient HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for technical positions, including software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, and mobile developers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and required technical competencies.
  • Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies to meet growth targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing platforms, networking events, and employer branding campaigns.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in technical hiring for product-based software companies.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and understanding of product-driven team structures.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and HR analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
