About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our Sales Development team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the team operates efficiently, achieves its objectives, and aligns with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, formulating strategies, and supporting the team in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments with U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's BPO and IT consulting business.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of SDRs, ensuring they meet individual and collective KPIs while fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven outreach strategies tailored to the U.S. market to maximize lead engagement and conversion.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and deliver targeted coaching to optimize results.
  • Lead Research: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation processes, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Lead Handoff: Ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads to Account Executives, maintaining a streamlined sales process (SQL & MQL).
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and present detailed reports on team performance, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Strategic Input: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the evolution of the sales process through strategic insights and innovations.
