Sales Leadership Opportunity: The-Hiring is seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee our cosmetic industry sales efforts. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
About the Role:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback on product performance and market demands to support innovation and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the cosmetic or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the cosmetic market, including product trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary range of Rs500,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month.
